Well, mom doesn't have an email address so, there's no way she ever gave them one. Also, they said the email address I gave them was wrong. Well, that sounded fishy because if my mom ordered something, they should already have the debit card. Finally a box came up and they wanted me to enter a debit card. Then I saw them take command of my computer & click all sorts of things. One was AnyDesk, the other was TeamViewer. When I called, they said it was for PC protection & started giving me instructions for how to cancel the service. My mom has dementia so, I was worried she ordered something not knowing what she was doing. ![]() I got an automated call today on our home phone saying my mom's bank account would be charged over $200 for something unless they got a call cancelling the service.
